Course Info
The studies in the master’s study program “Business Management” implemented by Turība University of Business are designed to provide versatile knowledge that will contribute to the student’s professional growth, as well as to ensure the skills necessary for competent managers. Students have the opportunity to choose the general study program “Business Management” or a program with one of the specializations – “Management of Health and Nursing Institutions”, “Management of Educational Institutions”, “Sports Management”. Regardless of choice, a master’s in business administration will provide knowledge in global marketing, human resource management and development, as well as in-depth insight into crisis management, sustainable development and innovation.
During business management studies, you will learn the skills to evaluate the management of change processes using forecasting methods, while using innovation management systems, you will learn methods of how to successfully build and manage your own company in the long term. The study content is provided by renowned professors and experienced entrepreneurs.

The Master’s study program “Business Management” is accredited until August 5, 2027.
After graduating from the study program, students can continue to develop their skills and abilities in the doctoral study program “Business Management” , as well as in other master’s or doctoral study programs offered by Turība University of Business.
THE PROGRAM “BUSINESS MANAGEMENT” HAS 3 SPECIALIZATIONS AVAILABLE (ONLY IN THE FORM OF EVENING STUDIES), BUT THE CHOICE OF SPECIALIZATIONS IS NOT OBLIGATORY – YOU CAN STUDY IN THE GENERAL PROGRAM!

Application requirements
In order to enroll in the master’s study program “Business Management” with a study duration of 1.5 or 1.6 years , the applicant must present a professional bachelor’s or 5th level professional qualification diploma, obtained by completing at least a 4-year study program in the thematic group of social sciences, commercial studies and law .
In order to enroll in the Master’s study program “Business Management” with a study duration of 2 or 2.1 years , the applicant must present an academic bachelor’s diploma in the thematic group of social sciences, commercial sciences and law or a professional bachelor’s diploma in the thematic group other than social sciences, commercial sciences and law.
